StaySuite vs Lodgify: website builder or guest assistant?
Lodgify connects directly to Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo and builds your booking site. StaySuite answers your guests. An honest look at both.

Lodgify and StaySuite are both aimed at owners rather than big agencies, and both help you take bookings without a commission. After that they diverge. Lodgify is a toolbox for running bookings: channel manager, website builder, booking engine and payments, with extra features unlocked as you move up its tiers. StaySuite is a smaller product built around the guest conversation, with an assistant that answers the phone on your behalf.
What we say about Lodgify comes from its public pages and its help centre, which we read in a browser on 15 October 2026, because its site refuses automated requests. When we say its site does not mention something, that is not proof that the product cannot do it.
Feature by feature
- Channel manager: Lodgify, a direct connection to Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo that synchronises calendars, prices and content, plus iCal for other sites. StaySuite, iCal only, read about every twenty minutes.
- Website and bookings: Lodgify, a no-code website builder and booking engine with payments from the second tier. StaySuite, a public page with direct contact and a booking request taken by the assistant that you confirm yourself, no commission.
- Guest messaging: Lodgify, a unified inbox, with automated messages from the third tier. StaySuite, an AI assistant that answers the phone in the caller's language.
- Call recording and transcription: Lodgify, not mentioned on the pages we read. StaySuite, included.
- Traveller registration: Lodgify, automatic guest registration on its top tier, with a connection to SES.Hospedajes through a web service using your own credentials, according to its help centre. StaySuite, a form per booking, export and print on every plan, with the filing left to you.
What it costs
Lodgify shows four tiers and lets you pick the number of properties and the billing period. For one property, the prices we read ran from a low double-digit figure on the entry tier to roughly the level of seventy euros a month on the top tier on monthly billing, with a discount for annual billing. We read the page with both the struck-through and the reduced price showing at once, so we are not certain about the exact rounding. Check the live page. It states no commission per booking.
The feature that matters most to an owner in Spain is the filing of the traveller report: according to its help centre, the connection to SES.Hospedajes sits on the top tier only. StaySuite charges €29 a month for one property during the pioneer offer until 31 December 2026 (€59 standard), €49 for up to three and €99 for a manager plan, all excluding VAT, with the form and export on every plan but no filing.
Pros and cons of Lodgify
- Pro: direct connections to the biggest portals, which update faster than iCal.
- Pro: a website builder and booking engine with payments, and no commission per booking.
- Pro: a connection that files the traveller report with the ministry, on the top tier.
- Con: that filing, and automated guest messages, are tied to the more expensive tiers.
- Con: pricing rises with the number of properties, and several billing options make comparison fiddly.
- Con: its pages do not describe an assistant that answers calls and messages for you.
Pros and cons of StaySuite
- Pro: an assistant that answers the phone in the caller's language, included in the plan.
- Pro: one clear monthly price, with the registration form and export on every plan.
- Pro: recorded, transcribed calls with a summary in your panel.
- Con: no direct portal connection. iCal means a delay of about twenty minutes.
- Con: no filing with SES.Hospedajes. You use the exported data to report yourself.
- Con: a young product with fewer integrations and a smaller user base.
When to choose Lodgify
Choose Lodgify if you want direct, faster synchronisation with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, a polished booking website with payments, or the traveller report filed from the same system. If those matter and you accept the cost of the top tier, it is a strong choice with a large user base.
When to choose StaySuite
Choose StaySuite when what costs you bookings is slow or missed replies, particularly in other languages, and you do not want to pay for a top-tier plan just to get features around the edges. It is also a fit if you can live with filing the report yourself using a tidy export.
Can they work together?
Yes, with discipline. Let Lodgify hold the master calendar and have StaySuite read it by iCal, so the panel can warn you when a request clashes with a night that is already taken. Do not let both systems write to the same portals. For many owners, though, one of the two is enough, so see whether you need both before you pay for both.
To hear how the assistant handles a guest question, open the demo on the StaySuite website and ask it something a guest would.
