The price you join at is the price you renew at. While your subscription stays active your fee does not go up: increases apply only to people who sign up later. If you cancel and come back, you join at whatever the rate is then, and changing plan is quoted at the new plan's current rate.

Prices exclude VAT. Setup is 145 € once and covers the configuration, the phone number and the connection to what you already use. No minimum term: you come and go as you please. Outside the founder window it is 290 €.

What everyone asks

If I join at the founder price, does it go up when I renew?

The price you join at is the price you renew at. While your subscription stays active your fee does not go up: increases apply only to people who sign up later. If you cancel and come back, you join at whatever the rate is then, and changing plan is quoted at the new plan's current rate.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. Not on the direct booking and not on the one that comes through Airbnb or Booking. Only the monthly fee, which does not change whether you fill up or not.

Do I have to leave Airbnb and Booking?

No, and I would not advise it: they bring guests you cannot reach on your own. What StaySuite does is sync the calendars so there are no double bookings, and give you a place of your own where returning guests book without commission.

How does the guest report work?

The guest fills in their details from their phone before arriving, they are validated on the spot (including the DNI and NIE check letter) and they are ready to submit within the twenty-four hour deadline.

Which languages does it answer in?

The guest's own. It detects the language of the message and replies in the same one; today that is eleven, including English, German, French, Dutch and Russian.

What if I only have one property?

That is the twenty-nine euro a month plan. A house let four months a year covers the fee with a single direct booking that a platform would otherwise have taken a cut of.

Shall we run your numbers?

Tell me how many bookings you handle in a year and I will tell you whether this pays for itself. If it does not, I will say so.
