Try the assistant's call from your browser, with no dialling and no number given
StaySuite's assistant takes a call made from the browser, with no dialling and no phone number given, and your own number is left alone.

Handing guest questions to an assistant raises one worry before any other, and it is not technical: what happens to the number you have used for years, the one on the sign by the gate, on the cards in the kitchen and in the long-standing listing on the local rural-tourism portal. Changing it risks a returning guest not finding the number they saved.
What is not touched
Trying the assistant does not ask you to change any of that. Your number, your signs and the contacts of guests who already stayed with you stay exactly where they were. StaySuite does not divert or replace your line.
The call you can make today
On the StaySuite website there is a button that opens a call from the browser, with no dialling and no phone number given. A demonstration assistant answers, with an example property: it introduces itself as artificial intelligence in the first sentence, as European rules have required since August 2026, says the conversation is recorded, and answers from what that property's sheet says, at any hour and in the language of whoever is speaking.
The public page of your own property carries the same assistant in a chat, with a call from the browser, once the assistant is set up: there it answers from your property's sheet and calendar, not the example ones.
Ask it what a guest would ask: the check-in time, how to reach the last stretch of track, whether pets are allowed. What the sheet doesn't say, it doesn't invent: it takes a contact so you can reply.
- Made from the browser, with no dialling and no number given.
- Answers from an example property's sheet, not with generic replies.
- Introduces itself as artificial intelligence and says it is recorded.
57%of stays in Spain last three nights or fewer, according to Lodgify's 2026 report: many short conversations a month, not one long one a year
What you see afterwards
Every conversation stays in your panel with its recording, its transcript, a summary and the contact taken. If someone asks about dates, a pending request is left for you to confirm: the assistant does not confirm bookings or take payment.
Where to start
Start with the property sheet, because everything the assistant says comes from it. Call the demonstration to hear the tone and the questions it settles, and write your sheet around those same questions: what you put in it is what the assistant will say about your house.
Which questions a call settles
A guest's questions, before and during a stay, repeat almost unchanged from one house to the next: what time they can check in, how to find the last stretch of track, where to park, whether pets are welcome, whether to bring bed linen, what the house rules are. Nearly all of them have an answer you already know and that fits on the property sheet; what changes is the hour they arrive and the language they are asked in.
A call that is answered at any hour settles that repetitive part without you stepping in. What the assistant doesn't know, it admits: instead of inventing a check-out time or a price, it takes the person's name and contact and leaves a request in the panel for you to answer when it suits you.
What the assistant does not do
It is worth saying plainly before you try it. The assistant does not confirm on its own that dates are free, does not close bookings or take payment, and does not translate conversations for you: the panel keeps what was said, with its recording and transcript, and the decision on every request is always yours. The call from the browser is on the StaySuite website and on your property's page; the assistant does not read messages a guest sends you anywhere else.
Preparing the sheet so it answers well
The quality of what the assistant says is the quality of what you wrote on the sheet. A useful sheet holds what guests always ask: check-in and check-out times, how to get there and where to park, house rules, pets, bed linen and towels, what is nearby and what isn't. If a detail changes by season, write it with its dates, so the answer never rests on a guess.
- Write what guests always ask, in the words you would use on the phone.
- If a detail depends on the season, note from when to when it applies.
- Call the demonstration, notice what an absent-minded guest would ask, and check that your sheet answers it.
The first week
A sensible way to begin is to call the demonstration on the first day, with easy questions and one trap, such as a check-out time that depends on the next booking, and note which details your own sheet would be missing. It is normal for two or three to show up; you add them once, and from then on the assistant always uses them.
Meanwhile your own number stays where it was, on the sign and the cards, and people who already know you keep calling you. The assistant does not compete with that relationship: it handles what would otherwise go unanswered until the next morning.
